Verseflow started with one idea: whatever you're feeling, there's a verse that meets you there. The Qur'an isn't just something to read once — it's meant to be a source of comfort and guidance in every emotion, every day. That's why "By mood" is at the heart of this app.
The Prophet ﷺ taught that the deeds most beloved to Allah are the ones done consistently, even if small (Bukhari 6464, Muslim 782). Verseflow makes that easy — a small, honest habit of turning to the Qur'an, however you're feeling.

Dhikr — remembrance of Allah
Dhikr simply means remembering Allah — in words, in the heart, at any moment of the day, not only inside prayer.
The Qur'an says "verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest" (13:28), and the Prophet ﷺ
described it as light, protective, and easy: a few short phrases, repeated, that anchor the heart, soften anger,
crowd out idle thoughts, and keep gratitude and humility close. It costs nothing and needs no special place or
time — waiting in traffic, before sleep, after prayer, or on a walk are all enough.

Every reciter listed here has genuine verse-by-verse audio, so playback always lines up exactly with the verse on screen — nothing is estimated. Nothing is downloaded or re-hosted by this page. Revelation-context notes are a mix of specific, sourced reports and honest general context — tap "Why this verse" on any card for details and, where relevant, a note on how solid the report is. The translation list is pulled live from whichever languages AlQuran Cloud publishes — English, Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu, French, German, Chinese and more — so pick whichever you're comfortable reading. The read-aloud option uses your device's own built-in text-to-speech voice in that same language, separate from the reciter's audio, and is off by default; note that not every device has a voice installed for every language.
